Dr. Michael E. Gomez – Miami Neurosurgeon – Family Man
Michael E. Gomez studied medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine, and trained at the University of Texas Southwestern Department of Neurological Surgery. While at the University of Texas Southwestern, he received a comprehensive training in general neurosurgery with an emphasis on brain tumors, spinal surgery, and cutting edge minimally invasive treatments for brain and spine diseases.
Dr. Gomez was born and raised in Miami, Florida where he learned to speak fluent Spanish and attended Christopher Columbus High School. Sticking to his roots, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Miami. Today, he is proud to serve as a neurosurgeon in the culturally diverse city he calls home.
